By accessing and using DPB Solution's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

DPB Solution provides telecommunications and IT infrastructure services including but not limited to:
Service specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes with appropriate advance notice.
When using our services, you agree to:
All fees for services are due as specified in your service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in service suspension or termination. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing contracts will honor the original pricing terms unless otherwise agreed.
We strive to provide reliable and consistent service. Our SLA commitments include:
Network Uptime: We target 99.9% uptime for core network services, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Support Response Times: Critical issues will receive response within 2 hours during business hours.
Scheduled Maintenance: Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
In the event of SLA breaches, remedies will be provided as outlined in your specific service agreement. SLA credits do not apply to outages caused by factors outside our control.
All content, software, designs, and materials provided through our services remain the intellectual property of DPB Solution or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without express written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPB Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions beyond our control.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date.
We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate data migration within 30 days of termination, subject to payment of all outstanding fees.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.
Confidential information includes technical data, business plans, customer lists, pricing, and any information marked as confidential.
This obligation survives termination of the agreement and continues for a period of 3 years.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ara (Bhojpur) District, Bihar.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
